QuickCrew, two locals dedicated to providing Queenstown businesses with effective, reliable staffing solutions during peak seasons. We’ve experienced the challenges of the hospitality industry firsthand — from last-minute staffing emergencies to the stress of finding the right people at the right time. The industry welcomed us when we arrived, supported our growth, and shaped the path that brought us to where we are today.
Inspired by that support, we created QuickCrew to give back and provide a solution to the very industry that embraced us. Our goal is to make staffing simple, fast, and human-centered while empowering skilled professionals and supporting local businesses. We believe that behind every busy shift, there’s a story of teamwork, dedication, and care — and we want to make that story smoother for everyone involved.

Meet our team
We’re two friends from Argentina who found a home in New Zealand and a shared passion for making things easier for others. Living and working in Queenstown, we saw the challenges of hospitality staffing, and it inspired us to create something meaningful together. QuickCrew is not just a project — it’s a reflection of who we are: friends, collaborators, and problem-solvers who care about people and doing things the right way. We love learning, growing, and building something that gives back to the community that welcomed us and helped us get to where we are today.

I’m a people-person with a background in HR and over 10 years working with teams and talent. I love learning from new experiences and connecting with good people. I’m curious, empathetic, and collaborative by nature. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring new places, spending time in the sun, having good coffee, and sharing moments with friends and family — all of that shapes how I see life and work.

I’m an accountant with a sharp eye for detail, and I’ve been living and working in New Zealand for over six years. I love keeping things organized, finding smart solutions, and helping our team run smoothly. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me exploring the outdoors, going on hikes, and discovering new trails — I’m definitely an adventurer at heart. I bring curiosity and positive energy to everything I do, both in business and in life.
